S oy Laura Pavía Plans, director of Hammilton Academy, I have more than fifteen years of experience in the educational field, both nationally and internationally.

I have worked as a teacher of English, Primary Education, Early Childhood Education and also in the Department of Guidance and Psychology.

My pedagogical model is based on understanding and meeting the needs of students, using personalized strategies and tools to address those needs.

I also believe in the importance and care of emotional development.

I am passionate about traveling and being able to learn from other cultures.

I have developed my profession in different countries being able to learn significantly other innovative teaching models.
